This policy concerns the processing of personal data of visitors to this website. Client data processed in the context of a mandate is covered by attorney professional secrecy and governed separately within the engagement.

2. Data processed via the website
- Server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system), recorded automatically by the hosting provider for the operation and security of the site.
- Data you provide voluntarily when contacting the firm by e-mail or phone (name, contact details, message content).
The site uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to operate the site securely and to respond to enquiries, based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 31 FADP) and, for visitors in the EU, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
4. Hosting and third parties
Fonts are self-hosted: the site makes no requests to third-party servers and embeds no data-collecting services. Hosting is provided by a professional provider that processes technical logs on the controller's behalf.
5. E-mail communications
Ordinary e-mail is not encrypted. Please do not send confidential information until a mandate has been formally established.
6. Transfers abroad
Any transfer outside Switzerland or the EU takes place only to countries offering adequate protection or subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses), in accordance with Art. 16–17 FADP and Chapter V GDPR.
7. Retention
Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Communications are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to meet legal retention periods.
8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection and — where the GDPR applies — portability; withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise them: [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss FDPIC (Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern) or, in the EU, the competent supervisory authority.
